Terms of Service:

» By commissioning me you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to my T.O.S.
»If the commission is NSFW you must be 18 years or older» I don't accept deadlines of any kind
» Do not commission me (outside of customs) without an existing, clear character reference
» All commissions are DIGITAL (if not stated otherwise) and you will receive a high-resolution and web-version PNG file of your commission
» All commissions are for Non-commercial use unless otherwise is stated.

Won't do

Extreme fetishes - Cubs/CP - Politically driven work - Complex structures - Spiders

I will not compromise this list and will promptly deny your commission if you have anything in my "WON'T DO" section as your subject. Feel free to ask about anything not listed here.

Payment

» Payment via PAYPAL and VIPPS only
» Payment in NOK and/or USD only
» Payment up front before any art is started
» Payment plan is available if total order amount exceeds $300+

Revisions and alterations

» There is no alteration fee for the concept sketch» After the cleaned sketch, minor alterations are acceptable. Major alterations will carry an additional charge depending on their impact on the piece. Fees will be decided based on the time spent to apply the change.» I reserve the right to refuse overly extensive revisions and complex alterations due to missing or misrepresented elements due to unclear information.

Cancellation and Refunds

» I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason
» I reserve the right to not disclose the information as to why I denied said commission
» I reserve the right to cancel a commission due to unprofessionalism, or inappropriate/rude behaviour
» If a cancellation occurs after the initial WIP stages, I will refund the amount deducted from work completed
» There are no refunds on completed work, as you have approved it at every stage up to the final piece. Any attemts to scam will be met with reporting/blacklisting

Art Process

» I send Works in Progress (WIPs) via note or DM at every stage (sketch/resketch, ink/flats and final). Unless trusted to finish artwork without oversight
» Corrections MUST be given in those early stages before completion of the work
» If you'd like a rush on a given work to be completed by a specified date there will be a rush fee
» I accept Discord, Telegram and Twitter chats to communicate/share WIPs about the art commission.» Check my Trello for my public queue and updates regarding any delays.

Rights Reserved

» I retain full commercial as well as distribution rights on any image I create
» I reserve the right to use any image I produce, and retain all rights to said image. This includes (but not limited to) producing/selling prints, establishing portfolios and/or posting to my online galleries (marked and resized to dissuade theft)
» The commissioner may use the commission image at any size as they please for PERSONAL use. This excludes commercial purposes (Selling prints, magazine printing, etc)
» Please credit me/link to my page once my work is reposted to any gallery
» Please do not trace or edit to claim my artwork as your own
» You have permission to alter or edit your commission for additional signatures, icons, and so forth so long as credit is given to me and my signature is not removed.

Regarding AI usage

» I will not accept commissions using AI generated images as reference.» I do not allow any of my work to be used to train AI, this includes work commissioned without commercial rights.» I do not allow any sketches or other artwork I make to be "finished" or "altered" using AI.» All art of mine used to train AI will be met with reports, copyright takedowns, blacklisting and a block.
